I’m more than happy to ship Coconuttwigs all over the world! <3International shipping unfortunately costs more since I’m located in the U.S. When you fill out your commission form, please include your country/region so I can provide you with a specific shipping quote for your order. <3International orders require express shipping and larger, more secure packaging to help protect your wig during its journey and reduce the risk of damage or loss. 📦✈️Because of this, international shipping costs will vary depending on your location, package size, and shipping requirements.Please also remember that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.LOST, STOLEN & DAMAGED PACKAGES 📦I take the shipping of your wig very seriously! Every order will be shipped with tracking, and higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.Before your package leaves Coconuttwigs, I keep documentation of the completed wig and its packaging so I can provide proof of shipment if needed.IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT:
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll help file a claim with the shipping carrier and we’ll work through the situation together.IF YOUR PACKAGE SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT YOU CAN’T FIND IT:
Please first check around your delivery area, with household members, and with your neighbors. You should also contact the shipping carrier to report the missing package. If the carrier is unable to locate it, please contact me so we can determine the next steps.IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED:
Please take photos of the package before opening it, as well as photos of the wig and any damage inside. Contact me as soon as possible so I can assist you with a carrier claim if necessary.Please understand that once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Coconuttwigs cannot personally control how the carrier handles or delivers it. However, I’ll always do my best to help resolve shipping issues and make sure the appropriate claims are filed. 🖤PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION UNTIL YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED.SIGNATURE REQUIRED 📦🖤For certain higher-value wig orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to help protect both you and Coconuttwigs.Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your package!If a signature is required and the package cannot be delivered because no one is available to sign, it may be returned to me by the carrier.If your package is returned to Coconuttwigs for this reason, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it to you. ⏳ PROCESSING TIMECustom wigs take time.I like to take my time & make sure every wig I create comes out perfect and meets my standards. <3That being said, I will not be rushed or harassed. Once you purchase a wig, I will provide you with a turnaround time. When your wig is completed, you will receive a message from me showing you the finished result.Please do not DM me every day asking when your wig will be finished or requesting constant updates. I will not be responding to repeated update requests.If I encounter an impatient and/or rude customer, I reserve the right to refund your order and cancel the commission. & no longer be making your wig now or at any point in the future.When you order from me, you WILL receive your wig. CARE + MAINTENANCE 🖤A little maintenance goes a long way! Here’s how to keep your wig looking silky & sexy.STORAGEWhen you’re not wearing your wig, keep it in the satin bag included with your order. You can also store it on a wig head or stand to help keep its shape.HEATAlways use a heat protectant before using any heat tools. Straighteners, curling irons, blow dryers — protect that hair!HAIR OIL ✨A little hair oil helps keep the hair moisturized, soft, and silky. Just don’t go crazy with it too much can weigh the hair down.WASHING 🫧
COLD WATER ONLY!• Shampoo the roots gently.
• Let the shampoo run down through the rest of the hair rather than scrubbing the ends.
• Condition the ends ONLY to help prevent the knots from loosening.
• Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
• Give your wig a hair mask every now and then for some extra moisture.HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH IT?There’s no exact schedule. It depends on how often you wear it, the weather, how much you sweat, and how many styling products you use.Basically: if she’s getting a little gross, it’s wash time.WHAT NOT TO DO ⚠️DO NOT USE HOT WATER.Hot water can cause colors to bleed and fade faster, especially with bright or heavily colored wigs.Cold water = happy hair. ❄️Treat your wig gently, use your heat protectant, & she should stay looking perf for a long time. <3

I GOT MY WIG IN THE MAIL — NOW WHAT? 📦🖤OKAY!! Your wig has arrived! 🤘🏻⚠️ DON’T PANIC IF IT LOOKS A LITTLE WONKY RIGHT OUT OF THE PACKAGE! ⚠️Shipping can squish, flatten, and shift the hair around a bit — this is totally normal! Give your wig a little love and it’ll bounce right back. <3STEP 1 ~ BRUSH IT OUTGently brush through the hair and let your wig breathe for a little bit after its journey.STEP 2 ~ PUT IT ONPop that wig on your head and get it situated where you want it!STEP 3 ~ GIVE IT A LITTLE WATERLightly spritz the hair with water to help bring it back to life and make it easier to style.STEP 4 ~ SHAPE THOSE BANGSUse your blow dryer to gently blow the bangs back and toward your desired direction. This will help reset the shape.STEP 5 ~ STRAIGHTEN & STYLERun a straightener through the wig to smooth everything out and bring the hair back to its finished look.⚠️ Always use a heat setting appropriate for the hair and avoid excessive heat.STEP 6 ~ ROCK ON! 🤘🏻NOW ROCK THE FUCK OUT OF YOUR NEW WIG. 🖤

🔒 CUSTOM DESIGN POLICYOnce your wig has been purchased and production has started, the design is officially locked in.At this point, I cannot make changes to the requested:• Color

• Overall designPlease make sure you are completely happy with your design before purchasing. ♡I will create your wig based on the details and inspiration you provided when placing your order. Once I start making it, you are locked in with the design you requested.If you aren’t sure about something, please ask before purchasing! I’m happy to help you figure out the details beforehand.Because custom wigs are made specifically for you, changing your mind after production has started does not qualify for a refund or redesign.Think it through, send the inspo pics, make sure you love the vision then let me work my magic.RETURNSNO returns on custom wigs. I’ve always believed hair is more than hair. It’s armor. It’s magic. It’s a disguise, a transformation, a love letter to yourself.I’ve been obsessed with hair for as long as I can remember. After one too many times of completely destroying my hair from over-dyeing it, shaving it all off, and generally doing whatever chaotic idea popped into my head, I decided to give wigs a try.But when I started looking for wigs, I ran into a problem!!! I couldn’t find many shops making the fun, weird, colorful, and creative wigs I actually wanted & when I did, they were often so expensive that they didn’t feel realistically accessible to everyone.So, naturally, I decided to figure out how to make them myself.After countless hours of research, experimenting, failed attempts, and a lot of trial and error, Coconuttwigs was born. 🌙My goal is simple I want everyone to be able to have a fun, unique wig without feeling like they have to sell a kidney.Every wig is crafted with the intention of creating something unforgettable , wearable, and confidence boosting. I want you to feel like you’ve stepped into the version of yourself you’ve been imagining. <3
